The initial step is to book in for a complimentary introductory taster session where we can get to know each other and discuss the coaching process, paperwork and what happens next. With the majority of sessions being completed via phone or video calls this ensures an effective use of time to accommodate the sessions in your busy schedule. 

After our initial session we would mutually agree a programme that meets your requirements and that delivers the change you are looking for.  As a guide typically, this would be a start of six one-hour sessions over a twelve-week period, however each client’s needs are considered individually and a best fit agreed. As coaching is dealing with behavioural change this takes time and therefore a commitment to a minimum of 4 initial sessions is required, we will also agree review dates and personalise your programme..

Once agreed you would receive your contract detailing all information and your invoice for your first block of sessions. You then complete the BACS transfer prior to your first coaching session.
